Well, there are only three more days to enter the contest. I was kind of hoping I'd come up with a third entry but this is all I have so far:

Other than that, I have to do two more mural sketches because no one can agree on what they want, and some of them want ME to just come up with whatever I want...but I don't really have my own ideas. I really don't.

The cats are still staring at the corner they think the mouse is in. sigh.

My professor lent me a book, and I have peanut butter on toast.

And named after me. She's my aunt's dog and I love her.

My cat likes boxes.

Um, Aviary got me six new fine point pens today (the kind that I use the most, and which the store I made a day to go visit was out of the other day). So I'm pleased about that. I just need to draw more. But anyway, here's Paz and his face of lines that I'm not quite proud of but don't dislike.

Anyway, I walked to the library today and back, which took two hours but gave me a chance to walk on the snow drifts and pretend I was a giant mountain climbing monster. I finished Behemoth last night at 3 am, and doodled by the fire - I'm working tomorrow but I have Saturday off.


Since I don't have anything to read, I'm hoping that drawing more will sort of become the norm. Anyway, I might visit Jackie at some point if she's free, down in the Have, and otherwise I have plans for bubble tea somehow. Next week might be New York City - whenever that happens, it'll be a major picture post.

Also, I made a twitter (CandaceBreakell). If anyone else has one, follow me so I can follow you and we can be awesome. It's more or less just a quick thing to stop me from flooding my Facebook with random drawings so much. I need to draw more - maybe tonight. Maybe I'll draw my pocket watch.
I was going to go to the city tomorrow, but:

I don't really want to be around anyone.
I don't feel confident about going alone with the current inclement weather warnings.
I should save more money first.
I don't really want to be driving from White Plains to Goshen in the middle of the night with the snow everywhere and a lot less gas (oh, I'm being practical, what?).

However, one of my goals for the next month is to go to the Museum of Natural History and draw. Because I want to, so why not? The only person I can think of who might possibly be tolerable under those circumstances is Kelly, but even then, I think I'd really rather go alone. I'm excited just thinking about it.
